All our products will be shipped worldwide and are insured.

The taxes, like import taxes, of the country where the products will be delivered are NOT included in the sale price.

All our products are antique so each item is unique.
The sale only takes place when the buyer pays for the product including the additional costs related to the delivery. In the event the product is not paid for, there is no sale contract and both parties are not bound.

Some of the items can contain endangered species (e.g. Coral). Heztia recommends that the buyer checks with their own government regarding any import requirements. Please note that Heztia will not assist buyers with the shipment of restricted items in a specific country.

On the Heztia sales invoice no VAT is mentioned due to the fact that antique and vintage jewellery are subject of the Dutch fiscal ‘marge arrangement’.
We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our national and international customers.
Please note that shipping times may vary based on the shipping location, Heztia is not responsible for delays caused by the transporter and/or customs. The cost of customs, duties, taxes and returns are the responsibility of the receiver.
