RETURN POLICY HEZTIA

 

RETURNS

Heztia wants you to be happy with your purchase. Our articles are accepted for refund if returned in original condition within fourteen calendar daysfrom the date the parcel is received by the buyer. Our policy lasts fourteen calendar days. If fourteen calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Also products which were made or acquired on specific consumer’s specifications or which are clearly applied for a specific person cannot be refunded.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same manner and condition that the buyer received it. In case of arranging a return, at buyers costs, please contact us at Heztia at contact@heztia.com for the exact costs and terms associated with the return.

In case of a return and to receive the refund the following costs and conditions are charged and applicable:

  1. Return the item to Heztia in the same way and condition it was received;

  2. Heztia requires the original receipt or proof of purchase;

  3. The returned item must be in the original Heztia package;

  4. The returned item must be sent back using the same transporter as was used for the delivery, including the same insurance as was used by Heztia for the sending of the item - both at the buyer’s charge.

  5. Reimburse the original shipment and insurance costs made by Heztia;

  6. Extra shipping and insurance costs the buyer paid for international destinies outside the EU and USA will not be refunded; 

  7. Any customs and/or import duties and fees are not included in the purchase price and will not be refunded.

 

NB. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping in case Heztia paid for certain costs, will be deducted from your refund.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible but no later than fourteen days after the return or cancellation and receipt of the goods.
