This lovely antique shell cameo brooch has a gorgeous and detailed female silhouette. Her wavy hair is beautifully detailed and wearing drop-shaped earrings. The carved shell is set in a solid 14 karat yellow gold setting with a rope motif and fantasy adornment. The pin at the back consists of 14 karat yellow gold.
