Antique 14 karat gold round filigree cage pendant. The shape of this pendant looks like a beautiful filigree embroidery. The outside is completely surrounded with the so-called 'spiders'. The richly decorated pendant featuring beautiful bright pearls. The border below the pearls have an open-worked lacy and embroidery structure. 
 
This stunning piece was part of the Dutch headdress accessories which were worn in pairs. Such 'crown pin' is turned into this beautiful pendant.
