This elegant oval-shaped antique shell cameo brooch features a cut out of a beautiful female silhouette. The carved shell is set in a 18 karat gold frame, adorned with a scalloped edge. The pin at the back consists of 14 karat gold. The brooch can also be worn as a pendant. 
 
Length is 3.9 centimeters, width 2.4 centimeters and weighs 4.6 grams.
