HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

 

Please fill in the Sales Enquiry Form or contact Heztia at contact@heztia.com if you want to place an order or if you have any question about our jewelry. 

 

 

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

 

The characteristics and price of the product are indicated on the website www.heztia.com or in case of ‘price on request’ the information given by email.

- The prices of our products are based on the EURO € currency 

- The shipping costs are NOT included in the sale price. For Shipping rates please contact Heztia at: contact@heztia.com

- All our products will be shipped worldwide and are insured.

- The taxes, like import taxes, of the country where the products will be delivered are NOT included in the sale price. 

- All our products are antique so each item is unique.

SECURE ORDERING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

For payments via Bank Transfer you will be given all the required information by email to complete the transfer through your bank. If your payment has been successful, you will then get an order confirmation that includes your order number and details of your purchase by email. Please contact Heztia at contact@heztia.com if you have any questions about your order or payment.

RETURN AND REFUND

 

Heztia wants you to be happy with your purchase. Our articles are accepted for refund if returned in original condition within fourteen calendar days from the date the parcel is received by the buyer. Our policy lasts fourteen calendar days. If fourteen calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Also products which were made or acquired on specific consumer’s specifications or which are clearly applied for a specific person cannot be refunded.
